We rebuilt Backyard Discovery’s category pages with advanced filtering that lets shoppers cut through hundreds of SKUs by the features that actually matter to them — size, capacity, material, weather rating, and more. Less friction at the top of the funnel means better-qualified shoppers reaching the PDP.

For a brand selling premium outdoor furniture at this price point, a thin product page is a conversion killer. CRO testing revealed exactly where shoppers were losing confidence, and we rebuilt from there. What were once sparse pages with little below the fold became fully merchandised product experiences: rich photography, video, comparison charts, and the depth of information a $600+M brand’s products deserve.

Great PDPs need great assets. Our team handled creative direction and full production for the site, including photography and video across more than twenty new product launches. Everything was built to perform: imagery that sells at a glance, video that answers the questions a shopper hasn’t typed yet, and a visual system that scales as the product line grows.
Proving Quality Without the Handshake
Online retail has a cheap-competitor problem. When a shopper can’t lift the box or knock on the frame, price becomes the proxy for quality, and that’s a race no premium brand wins.
We helped Backyard Discovery fight back with proof. Roof-strength testing videos put their gazebos head-to-head against cheaper alternatives, showing proof of superior strength. Animated videos demonstrated real wind and snow load ratings in a way specs on a page never could. The goal wasn’t just to impress, it was to make walking away from the cheaper option feel like the obvious choice.
