We are a certified BigCommerce partner. We replatform brands onto it, build custom and headless storefronts, connect it to ERP, email, and product feeds, and run the SEO, paid media, and lifecycle marketing that bring buyers to the store. The two starting points we see are a brand outgrowing another platform, and a BigCommerce store that stalled before it was finished.
Migrations
We move brands onto the platform from Magento, WooCommerce, Shopify, and custom .NET builds. Catalog mapping, customer and order history, redirects, and a rehearsed cutover decide how a migration lands, so that is where our hours go. Sunnyland Farms came off a legacy .NET platform with more than 1.3 million customer records and years of order history, with no downtime at cutover.
Custom builds
Our developers work in Stencil with Tailwind when a fast, maintainable theme is the right answer, and build a separate front end on Next.js when it needs its own release cycle. Sunnyland Farms runs BigCommerce behind a Next.js front end. We publish how we do this work, including installing TailwindCSS on a Stencil theme, so you can read the approach before you hire anyone.
B2B and B2C
Customer groups and price lists come with the platform, and B2B Edition adds quotes, purchase orders, and buyer permissions, so wholesale and retail can share one store. We configure that side and build what the platform leaves open. Zest Desk is a phone ordering system we built on BigCommerce for teams taking large orders by phone, and it cut manual entry time on bulk orders by 90 percent.
Integrations
A store sits in the middle of an ERP, an email platform, a product feed, and an analytics stack. We build and maintain those connections: inventory and order syncs, Klaviyo for email and SMS, GA4 and consent aware tracking, and product feeds that clear Google Merchant Center review.
Marketing
Design, development, and marketing sit on one account here, so the store keeps getting worked on after launch. Technical and content SEO, Google and Meta paid media, Klaviyo email and SMS, conversion work on the templates, and reporting that ties all of it back to revenue.
Support after launch
Work continues after launch: roadmapped releases, theme and app updates, merchandising and bundling changes, and a team that does not need to relearn your catalog every time. Some brands keep us on retainer, others come back project by project.
Three builds on the platform, written up with the decisions behind them.

A BigCommerce agency plans, builds, and maintains stores on the platform and usually runs the marketing behind them. In practice that covers replatforming, Stencil or headless development, B2B configuration, integrations with ERP and email, SEO and paid media, and ongoing releases after launch.
Protecting rankings is part of the migration plan. We map existing URLs to their new destinations, hold redirects in place at cutover, carry catalog and customer data across, and watch rankings and crawl errors for weeks afterward. Sunnyland Farms moved with more than 1.3 million customer records and years of order history, with no downtime.

Yes. Customer groups and price lists come with the platform, and B2B Edition adds quotes, purchase orders, and buyer permissions, so wholesale and retail buyers can share a store with different pricing and catalogs. We configure that and build what the platform leaves open, like the phone ordering system we built for Zest Desk.
Yes, and most of our clients use both. SEO, Google and Meta paid media, Klaviyo email and SMS, conversion work, and reporting sit with the same team that owns the store.
It depends on catalog size, how many systems have to integrate, and how much of the design is being rebuilt, so we scope before we quote. Tell us the platform you are on now, roughly how many SKUs and orders you carry, and what has to connect, and we will come back with a range.
