LED Esthetics had self-implemented Klaviyo email and SMS flows but weren’t achieving the desired results. They also realized they weren’t fully leveraging the platform’s capabilities. Segmentation strategy
LED Esthetics’ flagship product is their Glotech mask, priced around $400. In addition, they offer a range of high-quality consumable skincare products. The ideal customer journey involves an initial mask purchase followed by repeat purchases of their consumable items. To support this goal, we developed a segmented email strategy.
Product education
While LED masks are popular and well-known among our target audience thanks to social media, there’s still uncertainty about their effectiveness and how they work. To convince potential buyers of the products’ value and benefits, our emails aim to educate them on the advantages and features of LED masks.



Glowing results
LED Esthetics saw immediate improvements in their email marketing results. Within five months, they experienced a 65% increase in revenue from the seven flows optimized by LimeLight, along with a 60% improvement in Klaviyo deliverability scores, rising from 50 to 80.
