Caitlin grew up splitting her time between Texas and Kansas City, and got her start in sales and event planning for an eatertainment company, where one of her biggest productions was a birthday party for a celebrity's kids. These days her favorite events are a lot closer to home. She is married to, in her words, the sweetest man, and together they are raising two little girls who already run the household and are clearly on track to run the world. When she is off the clock you will find her with her family, ordering the BIG appetizer at happy hour (chips and dips, every time), and starting each morning the only acceptable way: with a good hot breakfast.
What's the best piece of advice you've ever been given?
It's impossible to catch all the balls at once, so learn which ones are glass and which ones are rubber. And you can't pour into other people until you pour into yourself first.
What do you want to make sure you do before you die?
Travel the world through its food, eat at a lot of Michelin star restaurants, and be the grandparent who lives down the road and is always around for big Sunday family dinners.
