LimeLight leveraged BigCommerce to design an enjoyable gift-giving experience to create a self-serve option for customers who know exactly what they want. Now users can manage their address book, ship gifts with unique gift messages to multiple addresses, and re-order gifts with a click of the button.

Cane River’s existing order management system, Mach, was a critical part of their operations. To ensure a smooth transition, LimeLight built a custom integration that seamlessly pushes order data from BigCommerce directly into Mach, preserving familiar backend workflows while elevating the customer-facing experience.
