Originally from Asunción, Paraguay, Santiago spent several years as a CTO, leading a software development team and creating B2B solutions from the ground up. After moving to the U.S. and completing a Master’s in IT at Pittsburg State University, he joined LimeLight to bring that same entrepreneurial drive to an agency that shares his values: collaboration, innovation, and constant growth.

What’s your happiest childhood memory?

Playing tennis with my father and brother every Sunday, bright and early, before the sun got too strong.

What’s something you have to do every day?

I like to meditate every morning. I feel like something is missing if I don’t do it for at least 10 minutes.

If I could invent a holiday…

It would be Programmer’s Day, which is actually the 256th day of each year, but it’s not celebrated nearly enough.

What’s your go-to happy hour order?

Probably Mountain Dew. I don’t drink alcohol, but I do enjoy neon green happiness in a can.
