Nick McCall

Associate Back-End Developer
Nick’s career journey started at the spry age of 13, racking up an impressive résumé that reads like a country song: farmhand, oilfield pumper, CNC operator, dishwasher, and plastic grinding/forklift operator. His early years were a whirlwind of cattle, oil, and after-school gigs that would make most adults dizzy. But hey, who needs a typical childhood when you can have adventures in the oilfields and imaginary army missions with your brother in your backyard?

Tell me and I forget. Teach me and I remember. Involve me and I learn.

Fast forward to today, and Nick’s traded in his work boots for a keyboard (though we suspect he still has a pair handy, just in case). With 7 years in the financial services industry under his belt, he’s now bringing his problem-solving skills and hobbies to LimeLight. When he’s not coding up a storm, you might find Nick wrestling with his rambunctious dog, searching for his elusive cats, or convincing his girlfriend that yes, he does need another hobby. Watch out world, this former oilfield worker is now pumping out code and loving every minute of it!
